Full Job Description
- Commercial Strategy & Deal Structuring: Lead financial validation for complex projects (consortiums, project financing, frame agreements) and negotiate terms that optimize margins and cash flow.
- Operating Rhythms: Oversee regional forecasting, budgeting, and commercial reporting (Orders, margins, convertibility).
- Risk Management: Perform customer credit assessments and manage Trade Finance instruments (bonds/guarantees) to mitigate exposure.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to support business growth and improve Working Capital.
- Leadership & Influence: Provide expert guidance to stakeholders, translate complex financial concepts into actionable strategy, and influence policy formulation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. - 6+ years of experience in Finance/Commercial Finance management, preferably in an industrial/project-based environment.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and presentation tools.
- Strong commitment to compliance and internal controls. Desired Characteristics:

- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize complex issues.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
6 ans et plus d'expérience en gestion financière ou finance commerciale, de préférence dans un environnement industriel ou axé sur la gestion de projets. - Maîtrise avancée de l'analyse de données, d'Excel et des outils de présentation.
- Engagement fort en faveur de la conformité et des contrôles internes. Caractéristiques souhaitées :

- Expérience démontrée en gestion de projet et en amélioration des processus.
