Full Job Description
- 3+ years' experience in strategy, commercial, proposition or growth-focused roles, evaluating market dynamics, customer demand and commercial outcomes to shape recommendations and business direction.
- Strong consumer insight capability, with the ability to translate customer needs into product, proposition or growth strategies.
- Experience developing and delivering product, proposition or business transformation initiatives that drive commercial and customer outcomes.
- Experience leveraging technology and data as business enablers, including exposure to AI-led solutions or transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive decision-making across large, complex organisations. Desirable Skills
- Experience working within Financial Services, ideally in Retail Banking.
- Understanding of the Consumer Duty regulatory framework.

As a Growth and Transformation Manager, you'll play a central role in defining how the Personal Loans business evolves over the coming years. You'll help shape a long-term strategic roadmap for growth, developing new propositions and initiatives that deliver commercial value while improving customer outcomes. Working closely with product, pricing and platform teams, you'll turn customer insight, market intelligence and emerging technology trends into opportunities that help us stay ahead of customer expectations and the competitive landscape. You'll use your understanding of customer needs, technology and data to identify new opportunities for growth, while ensuring propositions are developed responsibly and in line with regulatory requirements such as Consumer Duty. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the Group to turn strategic thinking into tangible outcomes, using AI and data capabilities to accelerate innovation, improve delivery and create exceptional customer experiences. This is a highly visible role where you'll influence key business decisions, contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and help build a high-performing team that's passionate about transforming the future of lending.
