iwoca in London is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to design and launch the end-to-end marketing strategy for our new SME insurance business. You will build a scalable, multi-channel growth engine to reach underserved UK SMEs.
Initially hands-on across digital, partner and offline channels, you will roll out campaigns, test messaging, audiences and pricing, and later own the marketing budget and lead a small team. You will influence product decisions with data and customer feedback.
