- Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to align experiments with broader communication strategies.
- Understand and apply marketing principles to craft effective, user-focused communications that drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally
- Partner with engineering to deliver and automate experiments effectively.
- Work closely with analytics to define success metrics and measure the impact of each initiative.
- Collaborate with sales and partnership teams to ensure experiments align with monetization goals. What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in digital or consumer product environments, ideally in a growth or experimentation role.
- Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with communication channels such as push notifications, in-app messaging, and email marketing.
- Comfortable using tools such as Firebase, One Signal, Google Ad Manager, Jira, and Figma.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate findings into action.
