Group People Development Advisor - AI, Data and Digital

This is an exciting opportunity to support Kier's digital transformation journey, with a particular focus on Microsoft Copilot, AI and data literacy. You'll be working at the heart of our organisation's digital adoption efforts, helping colleagues across the business use digital tools confidently, safely and effectively. Working closely with teams across People Development, Communications, IT and Operations, you'll play a key role in enabling our people to embrace new ways of working. What will you be responsible for? As a Group People Development Advisor - AI, Data and Digital, you'll be working within the Naturally Digital team, supporting them in driving digital adoption across the organisation. Your day to day will include:

• Coordinating and supporting AI and digital training activities, including webinars, workshops and drop-in sessions
• Acting as a first point of contact for Copilot users and digital champions, responding to queries and signposting to guidance
• Maintaining datasets to track training impact and engagement, using insights to inform decision-making
• Working with the Communications team to translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible messaging
• Supporting the Digital Champions network by organising training and engagement events
  
  You have strong analytical skills and feel confident working with spreadsheets, forms and datasets
• You can communicate clearly in writing and adapt your tone for different audiences
• You're comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Outlook, Excel, Forms and SharePoint
• You can manage multiple workstreams with accuracy and pace, following through on actions
• You have an interest in learning and development, particularly digital adoption
