Group Marketing & Revenue Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful hospitality group for an experienced Group Marketing & Revenue Manager to lead commercial growth across two hotel properties. This is both a hands-on AND strategic role responsible for maximising revenue, driving marketing activity, growing F&B, Spa & Rooms revenue, and ensuring both sites achieve their commercial potential. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing strategies across both hotels
• Manage external marketing, PR and digital agency relationships
• Oversee website development and ongoing digital optimisation
• Lead email marketing and customer database growth initiatives
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, launches and in-house events
• Manage revenue, pricing and distribution strategies
• Drive revenue across weddings, conferences, events, restaurant and spa
• Work closely with Directors, General Managers and department heads to increase top-line revenue
• Identify and implement commercial systems and process improvements
• Support and mentor Events teams to maximise sales opportunities
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, guest communications and customer touchpoints
  
  You will have:
• Experience in hotel revenue management, hospitality marketing or commercial management
• A proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability
• Strong digital marketing and campaign management experience
• Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive change
  
  Salary up to £50,000
