New City College is seeking an experienced, highly capable and innovative Group Digital Manager to lead on the college's online strategies and presence, and manage the crucial interface between the college's courses, our applicants and students., Needless to say, you will have proven experience in managing complex websites and digital campaigns. You will understand SEO and Gen AI search optimisation and want to stay one step ahead of the game in this fast-moving sphere to optimise UX and conversion. You'll also lead on our digital learner journey mapping and implementation making sure that applicants get all the information they need to prepare them for enrolment and success with NCC.

New City College is an outstanding, sector-leading further education college. One of the largest colleges in the country, with proven expertise across curriculum and business support areas as well as whole-college initiatives including sustainability and practitioner-led research. As our Group Digital Manager you will grasp our wide-ranging activities in order to communicate and promote them. This role is crucial to meeting student recruitment and income targets as well as maintaining the college's positive external and internal reputation., NCC is the Ofsted Outstanding dynamic group of further education colleges in East London which comprises campuses across Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Redbridge, Epping Forest and Havering, and language schools in Oxford and Bournemouth. Our student body is about 50% 16-18 and 50% adult, with significant A Level, vocational, ESOL and SEND provision. Our 7-college merger places the group at the forefront of further education in the region. As a member of the marketing team you will also represent the team and college at student recruitment and corporate events and get involved in other exciting activity as required.
