To support the Group Technical Services Manager in writing the Group Quality Management System and rolling it out across the 3 sites. To support the Group Technical Services Manager in writing the Governance Standard for Oscar Mayer and ensuring that routine audits are completed against this standard by the external audit company that Oscar Mayer engages with. To support the Group Technical Services Manager in the auditing of the sites for hygiene and systems where required. Any other duties or projects as agreed with the Group Technical Services Manager. To trend and identify reoccurring non-conformances raised via internal and external audits and publish these to the wider group. To ensure that all Customer and accreditation standards have an up-to-date gap analysis completed, and this is filtered into the 3 sites (where relevant) so that their site quality manuals and procedures can be kept up to date.
