Groundworks Supervisor / Manager

Status: Outside IR35 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor / Manager for a long-term project in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing team working across all aspects of groundworks on a major ongoing development. Role Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day groundwork operations on site Managing gangs and subcontractors Overseeing all aspects of groundworks including: Drainage Foundations Kerbing Slabbing Roads & infrastructure Concrete works Excavations Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained Coordinating site activities and reporting progress Liaising with site management and clients Requirements: Previous experience as a Groundworks Supervisor or Manager Strong background in all aspects of groundworks SSSTS / SMSTS preferred CSCS Card required Ability to lead teams and manage workloads effectively Good communication and organisational skills What's On
