The role

Title: Groundworker

Location: East Midlands

Salary: £31,270 - £32,916

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience
• Ability to undertake paving, concreting, drainage, fencing, brickwork/pointing repairs and installations, among others
• Driving: A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours)
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience
• (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
