Prepare and excavate ground areas for construction projects.
Install drainage systems, foundations, and other groundwork structures.
Operate machinery and hand tools safely and effectively on-site.
Follow project plans, specifications, and health and safety guidelines.
Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work.

Proven experience as a Groundworker in construction or civil engineering projects.
Tools
Ability to read plans and follow instructions accurately.
Good physical fitness and capability to work in varying weather conditions.
Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
CSCS card desirable.
