Full Job Description

Job title: Grounds Maintenance OperativeContract: PermanentHours: 24 hours per weekType of employment: Part TimeRate of Pay: £ 14.80 per hourLocation: London, Greater London, England SW1ARequirement: Full UK Driving License

Role Responsibilities:

-Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking

-Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively

-Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation

-Report site hazards and relevant information to management

-Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required

Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments

-Good understanding of smartphone technology

-Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential

-PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus

-Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
