Full Job Description

Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation
Report site hazards and relevant information to management
Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required

Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
Good understanding of smartphone technology
Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
