Full Job Description
- Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone
- Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service
- Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided)
- Traveling across Lichfield and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments Additional requirements
- Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required to ensure a secure environment.
- A UK driving license (van sharing in most cases)
Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field - Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds
