We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Morden. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining beautiful, clean, and safe outdoor environments. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks to a high standard, including:

• ️ Grass Cutting
• Flower Bed Maintenance
• Litter Picking & Site Cleanliness
• Shrub Pruning & Hedge Trimming
• General Caretaking & Site Support Duties
  
  To help us deliver an exceptional level of service to our residents and stakeholders, we are looking for passionate, dedicated, and proactive individuals to join our team., We are looking for someone who brings both skill and commitment to their work. The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous Grounds Maintenance Experience (essential)
• Relevant Horticultural Qualification or at least 1 year of multi-skilled experience
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
• ️ Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations in the workplace
