Full Job Description
- Carrying out a full range of grounds maintenance and horticultural duties
- Using hand tools and powered equipment such as hedge cutters, strimmers, and mowers
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining shrubs, flower beds, and seasonal displays
- Supporting overall site presentation and quality standards
- Working to scheduled tasks and customer expectations
- Reporting any site issues or improvement opportunities
Proven experience in grounds maintenance / horticulture is essential - Ability to confidently use horticultural machinery and tools
- Strong understanding of plants, shrubs, and general garden maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good awareness of health & safety procedures on site
- Full UK driving licence is required - candidates without a licence will not be considered
- Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered Desirable (not essential):
- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates
- Ride-on mower experience
- Formal horticulture qualification (Level 2 or equivalent)
