Whether someone is perfecting their swing or just here for a fun day out, we make every experience count. And that's where you come in. The Role: As part of our energetic and passionate team, you'll help keep Golfplex looking its best and running smoothly. From looking after the driving range outfield to ensuring perfectly functioning equipment, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making the magic happen. But this isn't just maintenance - you're part of the experience. Your work helps create the backdrop for laughter, friendly competition, and memory-making moments. What You'll Be Doing

• Team up with the General Manager to keep all outdoor areas in top shape - from the driving range to adventure golf and footgolf courses
• Keep our ball-collecting robots and return systems running like a dream (yes, robots )
• Track down and collect stray golf balls - even the sneaky ones hiding out
• Jump into general repairs, painting, and hands-on fixes around the site
• Help maintain the footgolf course (think mowing, watering, fertilising - keeping it lush!)
• Care for all surrounding grounds with mowing, strimming, and blowing
• Keep your workspace clean, organised, and ready for action
• Open and close the venue as part of your shift routine
• Champion health & safety at all times
• Stay on top of training and company policies
