Grocery Field Executive

As a Grocery Field Executive, you will manage a territory covering Elephant & Castle, Camden, Shoreditch and surrounding areas, visiting grocery retailers including ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons.

You will work closely with Store Managers and key decision makers to improve the performance and visibility of Suntory brands in store. Using sales data and insights provided through a company tablet, you will identify opportunities to increase distribution, improve product availability and secure additional displays.

Key responsibilities include improving product availability and identifying gaps in store, increasing distribution and store coverage, ensuring promotional activity is implemented correctly, securing additional displays and prominent product visibility, and influencing Store Managers using sales data and commercial insight.

You will also carry out interventions across both the front and back of store, identify opportunities to improve product performance and execution, and work towards clear commercial KPIs across your territory.

The role would suit someone with grocery, retail, FMCG or customer-facing experience who enjoys building relationships, influencing others and working independently. Previous grocery or FMCG experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

You should be organised, commercially aware, confident using information and data to identify opportunities, and motivated to take ownership of your own territory.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

The role offers a salary of £30,121.60 plus a 10% annual bonus, company vehicle, tablet, mobile phone, pension, 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance and access to additional health and wellbeing benefits.
