Full Job Description
- Confidently operate and manage the charcoal grill.
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled meats, shawarma, and traditional Lebanese-style dishes to consistently high standards.
- Maintain impeccable food quality and presentation.
- Work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment, particularly under pressure.
- Assist with kitchen preparation tasks and ensure excellent kitchen organization and hygiene.
Proven experience as a Grill Chef, with a preference for previous experience in Middle Eastern cuisine or charcoal grilling. - Reliable, clean, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Able to start immediately.
