Grill Chef We're looking for a Grill chef with strong experience in

• Turkish, Lebanese or wider Middle Eastern cuisine"", who can help deliver consistently high-quality food in a busy restaurant environment., Maintain consistency in flavour, presentation and portion control
• Support menu preparation and kitchen set-up ahead of opening
• Manage your section efficiently during service
• Maintain high food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Support stock control, preparation and smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
  
  Previous experience working with Turkish or Lebanese cuisine
Strong knowiedge of relevant cooking techriques, marinades, grils, metze and traditional dishes
• Experience in a quality restaurant environment
• Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen
• Reliable, organised and able to join at short notice
• Must already have the right to work in the UK
