This role provides leadership on engineering governance, design assurance, and compliance with UK grid standards, supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as technical authority for UK grid connection engineeringEnsure compliance with ENA G81, G99/G100, DNO/IDNO and NGESO requirementsLead design assurance and approval of LV/MV/HV grid connection solutionsOversee engineering outputs including SLDs, protection schemes, earthing and cable designManage G99 applications and interface with DNOs, IDNOs and National GridLead and develop a team of engineers, ensuring capability growth and high performanceSupport project delivery across tendering, design, construction and commissioningMaintain strong stakeholder engagement with clients, network operators, and delivery partnersRequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering or related
