Greenwich INT Children & Young People (CYP) Transformation Lead

The CYP Transformation Lead will provide effective programme and project management support across CYP workstreams, ensuring strong coordination, proactive management of interdependencies, timely delivery of agreed priorities, and clear communication across the wider system. They will support the embedding of new ways of working to improve service performance, strengthen partnership working and enable more joined-up, accessible and personalised care for children, young people and families. • Lead one or more projects within CYP Services ensuring they are planned, managed and evaluated in a timely and effectively way to ensure high quality of delivery across their portfolio of projects
• Be responsible for identifying and reporting on issues and risks and undertaking mitigating actions
• Take responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, reliability and appropriateness of data ensuring quality decisions can be made
• Be responsible for supporting the Senior Programme Manager, Director of Neighbourhoods and Integrated Commissioning Director (RBG/ICB) in the production of strategic reports and briefings for the system
