We are looking for dynamic and driven Green Space Development Managers to play a leading role in shaping the future of Birmingham's parks and green spaces, helping to create healthier, greener and more resilient communities. Your work will directly support the delivery of Birmingham's City of Nature 25-Year Plan, helping to create and improve spaces that benefit both people and wildlife. Working collaboratively with operational teams, community partners and external organisations, you will help deliver meaningful improvements across the city, ensuring Birmingham's parks and green spaces remain welcoming, sustainable and valued community assets for generations to come.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in park development, project management or a related field, a strong track record of delivering successful projects and partnerships, and a genuine passion for green spaces, nature recovery and community engagement.
