Full Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Neath Port Talbot to assist with the appointment of a Grass Cutter, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration., Grass Cutter / Grounds Maintenance Operative required to undertake grass cutting, mowing, weed spraying, and general labouring duties on the high-speed road network. The role involves working within protected traffic-managed sites, with training and PPE provided. Responsibilities:
- Carry out grass cutting, mowing, strimming, and weed spraying activities.
- Undertake general grounds maintenance and labouring duties.
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Work within traffic-managed areas on the motorway and trunk road network.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
Full UK Driving Licence. - Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, grass cutting, or similar outdoor labouring work.
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual outdoor work.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices.
