Graphic and Marketing Designer

Create compelling design solutions across both digital and print channels
Develop marketing assets including social media content, digital advertising, brochures, presentations and event materials
Interpret creative briefs and take projects from concept through to delivery
Collaborate with marketing, digital, PR and operational teams to support business-wide campaigns
Design and adapt website and email marketing content in line with brand standards
Work alongside photographers, printers and external suppliers to produce high-quality creative assets
Help maintain and evolve the visual identity of The Celtic Collection brands
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to the team

Proven experience in a graphic design or creative marketing role
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience creating engaging content across digital and print platforms
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A creative mindset, strong communication skills and a passion for bringing ideas to life
An interest in design trends, digital marketing and brand storytelling
Experience working with websites, email marketing or social media content would be advantageous
A portfolio showcasing creative and commercially effective design work
