Graphic Designer

If you join us, you can play your part as a Graphic Designer based at RAF Cranwell, supporting the Royal Air Force through the creation of engaging, high-quality visual content for print and digital platforms., As a Graphic Designer, you'll be part of a creative and innovative team delivering a wide range of design projects across multiple departments. You'll produce visually compelling content that supports communication, engagement and brand identity, while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a designer with strong foundations in print and digital design, and an interest in developing skills in motion graphics, illustration and immersive technologies. Day-to-day, you will be:

• Designing high-quality graphics for print and digital use, including brochures, reports, advertising campaigns and visual identities.
• Creating and updating digital content such as infographics, layouts and motion graphics using the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Managing and producing visual assets across multiple projects while maintaining brand and quality standards.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet user needs.
• Developing your skills in illustration, motion graphics and emerging design technologies, sharing knowledge within the team.
This is a full-time, onsite role, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


• Strong creative and technical graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A keen interest in illustration and motion graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines.
Qualifications for the Graphic Designer:
• HNC, BTEC Higher Diploma, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant creative or arts discipline.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
