Full Job Description

As a Graphic & Creative Designer, you will produce impactful visual assets for a diverse portfolio of events and activations for Laureus World Sports Awards, the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, and additional Richemont-linked group events (ad-hoc basis) as needed, and for a variety of channels. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager at Laureus World Sports Awards Ltd, you'll work across multiple projects - from branding and event material to social media graphics, to corporate communications pieces. Design material for the annual Laureus World Sports Awards, Laureus Sport for Good Foundation programme visits and activations, Richemont group events (ad-hoc basis), and other corporate events, including branding, communications pieces, signage, collateral, and large-format print.

  • Digital and Social Media: Create engaging digital assets and graphics for Instagram and Facebook.
  • Commercial and Communications Collateral: Design templates for high-quality pitch and sales presentations. Work with the Senior Brand Manager and CEO to maintain brand guidelines for both Laureus World Sports Awards and Laureus Sport for Good Foundation (including National Foundation offices globally).
  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure all visual materials are strictly on-brand, consistent, and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial, communications, and event teams.
  • Supplier Coordination: Support Senior Brand Manager in liaising with external vendors (e.g. printers, production houses, additional freelance design suppliers) to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery of materials.

Experience: Previous graphic design experience, ideally within an agency, events, consumer, or media environment.
  • Technical Abilities: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong understanding of typography.
  • Print and Digital Knowledge: Solid understanding of print production processes and digital design best practices.
  • Financial: Experience of some financial oversight.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in order to collaborate with colleagues and internal clients.
  • Organisation: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple event deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to design execution and consistency of brand.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and teams around the world.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches while always respecting brand guidelines and heritage.
  • Problem-solving: Resourcefulness and the ability to address challenges, sometimes within short timescales.
  • Proactivity and Initiative: Anticipation of needs and the ability to take ownership of design items and projects.

An opportunity to contribute to and work on prestigious events in the sporting world.
  • A relaxed and diverse work environment.
  • Opportunities for growth and development within the wider Richemont Group.
  • This is a full-time position, office-based four days a week in Fulham, one day a week flexible location.
