We are working to develop a more inclusive and equal opportunities recruitment process, so please note that an academic degree or equivalent is not an essential requirement for this role. We will welcome supporting statements in written format, short film format, or voice recordings. All supporting statements will be considered equally. Whatever your method, please ensure that you demonstrate your skills, experience, and suitability - and why you want the job.
Part-time (30 hours), 3-year fixed term contract.
Flexible working requests will be considered.
For the next three years National Lottery Heritage Fund are supporting our small grants scheme; Caring for the Cotswolds. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and manage a portfolio of projects. You will promote the scheme, help applicants through the application and claim process, and then report on the projects you've helped develop to our stakeholders.
What makes Caring for the Cotswolds unique is the involvement of young people in the decision-making process. The role holder will develop a youth panel to help assess the projects. We're also going to be offering young people paid work placements and the role holder will coordinate these as part of the project. This new role will enable us to involve more young people than ever before, empowering them and providing valuable work experience.
