Full Job Description
Element is expanding and we're looking for a Graduate Test Technician / Engineer to join our Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) team in Malvern. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to cutting-edge products across multiple industries.
What you'll do:
+ Carry out EMC & Radio Frequency (RF) testing in anechoic chambers
+ Use specialist equipment (spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, EMI receivers)
+ Test products against international standards and document results
+ Work alongside experienced engineers and customers
+ A degree or strong academic background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related STEM discipline
+ A genuine interest in engineering, electronics, or product testing
+ A methodical approach and good attention to detail
+ Willingness to learn new skills and work in a hands-on technical environment
+ EMC or RF experience beneficial but not essential - training provided
