Graduate Sports Coach (Residential)

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or undergraduate seeking a year in industry to gain valuable experience in both sport and boarding within a leading independent school. As a Graduate Sports Coach (Residential), you will play an active role in supporting and delivering the School's sports programme, working alongside experienced coaches and teachers to inspire pupils of all ages and abilities.

With a particular focus on Football, Netball, or Cricket, you will contribute to lessons, training sessions, fixtures, tournaments and the wider co-curricular programme, while also developing your own coaching, teaching and leadership skills. The role offers a comprehensive mentoring programme, professional development opportunities and support in gaining recognised coaching, officiating and first aid qualifications.

Alongside your sporting responsibilities, you will become an integral member of our boarding community, supporting pupils in their daily routines, academic study and personal development.
