  A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's, Master's or PhD).
• Recent graduates or 1-2 years working in industry post-degree.
• Solid programming and software design fundamentals.
• Experience with relational databases and a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
• An interest in full-stack development - from UI to infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Curiosity, humility, and a passion for learning and technology.
• Great knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C++.

Not shadowing, not just watching - you'll be building. Over 18 months, you'll rotate across teams every six months. You'll explore the front end, back end, DevOps, and product - working within agile, cross-functional squads alongside senior and junior developers who are there to support your growth. • Contribute to production code that reaches real users.
• Build scalable, reliable, and performant software.
• Learn and apply engineering best practices across the stack.
