    A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's, Master's or PhD).
  • Recent graduates or 1-2 years working in industry post-degree.
  • Solid programming and software design fundamentals.
  • Experience with relational databases and a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
  • An interest in full-stack development - from UI to infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a passion for learning and technology.
  • Great knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C++.
