What You'll Be Doing

• Learn the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing deals
• Build relationships with candidates and clients and develop your own network
• Generate new business and identify opportunities within your market
• Manage your own pipeline and work towards individual and team targets
• Become a specialist in your chosen technology market
