Full Job Description

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will provide support and promote awareness and adoption of best practice by the Project Team and Subcontractors in relation to the project commercial plan and processes for work packages within the project from initiation to close-out.,

  • Assist in administering contractual terms and conditions for suppliers, consultants and sub- contractors
  • Support the assessment of EWN's and compensation events
  • Support the change management process in conjunction with other functions
  • Raising consultant, supplier or contractor instructions as necessary for signature by approved parties
  • Receive and review monthly valuations from contractors and prepare recommendation for signature by the project manager and designer
  • Assist in the production of monthly reports on expenditure against package budgets
  • Assist in the regular production of cash flow forecast of expenditure for packages, Excellence: Promoting innovation, development, training and continuous improvement to achieve the highest quality of project delivery.

    Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • Possess competent IT/Computing skills., Analytical skills.

  • Able to prepare Performance Reports.
  • Presentation skills with an ability to relay complex ideas clearly and simply.
  • Organisational and time management skills., Share knowledge and learning.
