Salary: £36,363.00 per annum Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week, flexible working encouraged, and part time working will be considered. Contract Length: Fixed term, 2.5 year contract Location: Hybrid, with office based at County Hall, Chichester We're looking for a Graduate Public Practitioner to support the efficient development, delivery and monitoring of public health programmes and projects across West Sussex.

  • The role is for a 2.5 years' fixed term contract funded by Health Education England South East, to grow a trained and diverse public health practitioner workforce.
  • This a training role, working towards Practitioner registration with the UK Public Health Register (UKPHR) .
  • 1 study day per week protected for the duration of the contract.
  • You will work in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including other local authorities, the NHS, the voluntary and community sector, Health Education England to maximise health improvement and reduce health inequalities.
