Join SS&C as a Graduate Operational Transformation Associate and gain hands-on experience supporting strategic transformation programmes across the business. Working mainly in our Basildon office you will work with stakeholders at all levels, contribute to major change initiatives, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI and process improvement. • Support the delivery of transformation programmes and business initiatives.
• Maintain programme and project plans and track key milestones.
• Produce management information, reporting and programme documentation.
• Support stakeholder communications and engagement activities.
• Track programme benefits, resource planning and capacity management.

Your development In your first 6-12 months, you'll support key initiatives including our Efficiency & Automation Programme and Offshoring Programme. As your confidence grows, you'll take on greater responsibility and have opportunities to develop skills in transformation, business analysis, automation and AI-enabled change.

Graduated within the last two years, or due to graduate in 2026, with a minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline. Relevant degree disciplines
