Graduate ICA Engineer

We're looking for a Graduate Engineer with an interest in Instrumentation, Control, and Automation systems. You will join our Infrastructure team and assist our water team on a high profile project in the Rickmansworth area. What will your day-to-day duties include?

-Implement control strategies that optimize water treatment processes and ensure reliability and efficiency.

-Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

-Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, risk assessments, and operation manuals

-Ensure compliance with relevant water sector regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines

-Review of ICA related installation and commissioning works on site, ensuring compliance with quality and asset standards

Practical experience: gain valuable hands-on experience in your field.

-Skill improvement: develop technical and professional skills.

-Networking: build professional relationships and expand your network., We're looking for people due to graduate in 2027, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Engineering

-A related Degree in Engineering

-You're excited about starting a career in construction engineering

-You're organized, with great time management skills

-You enjoy solving problems and have strong analytical abilities.

-Hold a full UK drivers' licence.

Starting Salary: £31,000 per annum with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility

Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
