Graduate Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping learning on track when teachers are absent. You'll:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons to students
- Keep classes engaged, focused, and on task
- Manage behaviour with a calm, consistent approach
- Follow each school's routines and expectations
- Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons

We're working with a group of welcoming, well-regarded secondary schools across Winchester and the surrounding areas, and we're looking for confident, dependable graduates to join them as Cover Supervisors.

No previous classroom experience? No problem.

If you can communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and lead with confidence - we'll give you the tools and support to succeed. You'll even have the opportunity to spend time in schools before starting, so you feel prepared from day one., We'd love to hear from graduates across a wide range of subjects, including:
- English
- Maths
- Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
- Humanities (History, Geography, Religious Education)
- Sports & PE
- Psychology or related fields

You don't need to be a subject specialist or experienced educator - just someone who can think on their feet, communicate well, and build positive relationships with students.
