Graduate Client Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who enjoys organisation, client engagement, and process-driven work. You'll play a key role supporting client partnerships ensuring smooth delivery, great communication, and long-term relationship success. What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the commercial team with day-to-day client administration and coordination
• Managing contracts, invoices, and communication throughout the client journey
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
• Acting as a key point of contact to keep clients informed and engaged
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service
• Assisting with reports, data tracking, and process improvements
• Over time, developing your own client relationships and taking on more responsibility
  
  Do you have exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships?, A graduate, ideally from a Humanities, Communications, or Business discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities
• Professional, credible, and confident when speaking with clients
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured, and team-oriented environment
