As a Graduate Building Surveyor in Leeds, you will:

• Be exposed to a variety of prestigious clients across the region
• Support the senior leadership team with project led work
• Provide support with condition surveys and dilapidations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and industry standards.
• Attend meetings and support with minute taking to encapsulate client expectations
• Preparing reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
  
  BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or a relevant qualification
• Working towards or desire to complete APC Chartership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
