The Role This is an entry-level role focused on building and managing relationships within a B2B environment. As a Graduate Account Manager, you'll learn how to support and grow client accounts while developing key commercial and communication skills. You will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Act as a key point of contact, delivering excellent service and support
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions (full training provided)
  • Support senior team members in managing and growing strategic accounts
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and develop your own portfolio of accounts over time
  • Develop key skills in communication, client management, and commercial awareness

    No previous account management experience is required. If you're confident, motivated, and eager to learn, full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop into a successful, client-facing professional., A graduate looking to start a career in account management, business, or tech
  • A non-graduate with strong interpersonal skills and ambition
  • From retail, hospitality, customer service, or another client-facing role
  • Confident, personable, and comfortable building relationships
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and eager to learn

  • £27,000 base salary
