GP with Specialist

We are offering a substantive 0.2 WTE post for a General Practitioner to work alongside consultants, registrars and specialist nurses in the Dermatology Department at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. The Clinic provides services to patients throughout the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire area.

The appointee will possess the following knowledge and experience

• Full GMC registration including entry on the GP register
• Experience assessing pigmented lesions and suspected skin cancer
• Understanding of urgent suspected cancer pathways
• Positive approach to evidence-based practice
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives, clinical colleagues and support staff
