GP Partner

Experteer Overview In this GP Partner role you help shape and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while guiding the strategic development of The Ridgeway Surgery. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across two sites and take an active part in clinical decision-making, service development, and leadership within the practice and local primary care networks. The position offers opportunities to pursue portfolio interests, education, quality improvement, and digital innovations without out-of-hours commitments. This partnership aims to strengthen future services and patient care in the community. Pay / Benefits
