Full Job Description
CUH's long term strategy relies on a significant change in the way in which we deliver care, and an increasing shift towards neighbourhood working. We are excited to be able to offer a role for a General Practitioner with experience in general practice and hospital-based urgent care settings, to work with us to design, test and scale new models of integrated urgent and emergency care.
The successful candidate will join a small multidisciplinary team which also includes CUH clinical roles, and work closely alongside the Primary Care Clinical Director.
The role will involve working with a wide range of colleagues across CUH and primary care, and through the South Care Partnership (representing health and care partners across Cambridgeshire).
