  • Explain procedures and support patients with appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Manage and prioritise clinical correspondence; code and update patient records
  • Direct information to appropriate staff (e.g. pharmacist, nurse)
  • Complete non-clinical forms and assist with documentation for GP approval
  • Liaise with external services to support patient care and admissions
  • Assist with wound care, immunisations, and public health initiatives (e.g. flu clinics)
  • Maintain a clean and efficient working environment
  • Participate in appraisals and ongoing training
  • About us Churchmere Medical Group is a well-established, forward-thinking GP practice serving Ellesmere and Whitchurch. We are committed to high-quality patient care and fostering a supportive, inclusive team environment. Staff benefit from a structured induction, clear systems, and ongoing support to build skills and confidence. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires working across both practice sites.
