Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit a motivated and compassionate GP to join our friendly team for 4 to 8 sessions per week, either as a salaried GP or salaried with a view to partnership.,
- Manage a defined caseload and provide high-quality, patient-centred care
- Deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting
- Deliver care to registered and temporary patients, maintaining the highest clinical standards, We are looking to recruit a motivated and compassionate GP to join our friendly team for 4 to 8 sessions per week, either as a salaried GP or salaried with a view to partnership. We are a training practice with one main and 2 branch surgeries, with dispensing form one of the branch surgeries. Our contract models the BMA contract. We offer and support additional professional development opportunities to those who are interested. Experience of the role of a GP in a primary care setting., MBBS or equivalent - MRCGP
- GMC registered
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS certificate
- Performers List registered, Level 3 safeguarding (adults and children)
- BLS
- Ability to travel between sites in a timely manner
St Thomas Surgery has 13,200 patients and is a well-established, forward-thinking training practice with a young, dynamic, and supportive partnership. We operate from one main surgery and two branch surgeries, serving a diverse and engaged patient population. There are currently 5 partners and 4 salaried GPs. We have a supportive team of practice nurses, HCAs and pharmacy team. There is dispensing at one branch surgery. We are proud to be a training practice for Cardiff and Swansea medical students, F2 doctors, and GP Registrars and provide a broad range of enhanced services.
6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave pro rata
