About the Role Location: Horizon SARC, Roughlea Avenue, Birmingham, West Midlands, B36 8GH Additional Locations: Willow Tree Children Young People's SARC, West Midlands, Darlaston Health Centre. Pinfold St, WS10 8SY The Glade, Bransford, Worcester, Worcestershire, WR6 5JD The Glade - 30 West Road, Wellington, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 2BB Grange Park SARC Building B Corbridge Community Health Centre, Church Terrace, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 2JN Blue Sky Centre, George Eliot Hospital, College Street, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 7DJ Remote - 2 days home working a week max. On site presence essential. Working pattern: As needed 40 hours per week. Frequent travel across the Midlands and occasional national travel. Some exposure to sensitive information. This is a full time role. Hybrid working 2 days maximum per week, onsite presence essential. Salary: Starting at £40,000 per annum, rising to £43,000 per annum after passing probation.
