We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Governance Professional to provide high-quality clerking and governance administration across Chiltern Way Academy Trust. The postholder will support the effective operation of the Trust Board, Committees and Local Governing bodies by managing meetings, producing accurate and impartial minutes, maintaining governance records and supporting statutory compliance. Working closely with the Governance and Compliance Specialist, this role is central to ensuring strong, transparent and compliant governance that supports positive outcomes for our young people. Flexibility is required, including attendance at evening meetings during term time.
