We are looking for a highly organised Governance Assistant to join our Legal and Governance team.
The Governance Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Governance Team, ensuring the smooth running of governance processes and meetings. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a positive, proactive approach to teamwork.
What are we looking for?
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, ensuring information is shared accurately and confidentially, and queries are handled with care and discretion.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a calm and helpful attitude.
- Pays close attention to detail in all aspects of work, from maintaining records and preparing documents to supporting meetings and events, ensuring accuracy and reliability at every stage.
- Maintains high standards of integrity and professionalism, treating sensitive information with respect and upholding the values of RBH in all interactions.
- Competent user of IT including working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Office 365
