Goruchwyliwr Ardal / Area Chargehand

To provide day-to-day supervision of a small team of operatives carrying out grounds maintenance and parks work.

Based in Cyfarthfa Park Depot, the role will provide day-to-day back up to the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and may be required to provide holiday and sickness cover for the team leader when required.

To maintain the borough's parks and open spaces to a high standard. To maintain the Green Flag status for Taff Bargoed Park, Thomastown Park and Cyfarthfa Park., All employees are required to comply with their individual and organisational responsibilities under the Data Protection Act, the Information Security Policy and relevant supporting operational policies. Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
