Full Job Description
As a Goods In Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring all incoming materials, components and products meet the required quality standards before being accepted into the business. Working closely with Stores, Production, Engineering and Supply Chain teams, you will help maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and traceability to support successful project delivery. - DoInspect incoming goods, materials and components against drawings, specifications, purchase orders and quality requiremen
- tsComplete visual and dimensional inspections using a range of measuring equipment and inspection too
- lsVerify certification, paperwork and traceability documentation for incoming produc
- tsIdentify, record and report non-conforming materials in line with company process
- esWork with suppliers, Engineering and Quality teams to resolve quality concerns and support corrective actio
- nsAccurately maintain inspection records and update internal syste
- msSupport stock control and stores activities where requir
- edEnsure compliance with company quality standards, health and safety requirements and customer expectatio
